Hi, I’m Abbey.
Holistic Wellness and NLP Master Practitioner.
My passion for wellness began as I entered the health and fitness industry from a young age as a coach alongside completing my degree in Occupational Therapy (OT). During my years in the health industry working with a wide range of clients, my interest deepened for preventative care (not as we know it). I continually saw people who were sick but had never been offered support prior to their health deteriorating or educated about how to care for and respect their internal and external body.
My goal is to empower, educate and support women along their journey to their highest self.

Most importantly, I INVESTED IN MYSELF.
I learnt to show up for myself.
I soon realised how true it is that everything in our lives impacts our well-being on a much grander scale.
This includes our daily thoughts, nutrition, relationships, lifestyle, habits, career, sleep, self-worth, exercise, environment and so on.
HEALTH MUST BE LOOKED AT FROM A HOLISTIC LENS.

You need to believe you can change, grow and flourish. Change can not happen without action.
I help women break from from emotional, physical, mental and environmental stress through a holistic approach to health.
From menstrual health, nutrition, mindset, environmental health, emotional wellness, limiting beliefs, conflict, negative emotions and MORE!
Change begins from WITHIN.

We need to know we are more than the symptoms we experience and there is more to these symptoms than what scratches the surface.
I want to change the distorted notion of what we (as a society) perceive “health” to be.
I want other women to know that support is out there.

It is not ‘normal’ to be suffering exhaustive fatigue every day;
to be moody beyond our reasoning why;
to have seemingly uncontrollable skin;
to feel bloated in our favourite jeans;
to have poor digestion;
to have painful joints;
to have low libido;
to feel lost, unsupported and unmotivated;
to not feel happy, strong or powerful in our bodies;
to feel out of touch with our mind, body or soul;
to be told you have a chronic condition and there’s nothing you can do about it…
